Tetanus toxoid: If you received this you may have a systemic reaction to the vaccine in the form of low grade temp elevation, but would not simply assume this is related to the vaccine because the two things occurred in the same time period. They may be temporally but not causally related and if the symptoms persist would see a doctor.
