Suicide?: I'm not sure what specific body changes you're referring to, but suicide is a mighty final option. If thinking about this, please call your doctor and tell him/her how you're feeling. There are good treatments for depression if this is the case. Also you can go to an er, call 911, or call suicide prevention lifeline: 1-800-273-8255. The latter will connect you with local resources for help.

Seek psych help: Hormone changes after hysterectomy can be tough but is very treatable. It may require both hormone treatment and antidepressants along with psychotherapy. Seek professional help from a psychiatrist and your ob-gym who can guide you to the best treatment. Helplines and emergency rooms have referral as well.
