Night feeding: There is no reason for your child to be getting up for night feedings at her age. You can break the habit by not feeding her when she cries for food in the middle of the night. Go to your baby, make sure she is ok, but dont pick her up. It will take 3-4 nights for you to break the habit.

Time for a change: This issue is best dealt with at birth.Teaching a kid to eat on awaking rather than when tired.Difficulty at night is often tied to feeds just before sleep, when the baby considers it part of settling ritual. They require night feeding to resettle. Feeds should be completed at least a half hour or more before sleep. Going to crib awake and being read to while settling is more likely to help.
