? Baker's cyst: You are quite young to have had knee replacement surgery i hope your knee is doing well. Back of the knee( popliteal ) cysts( i'm assuming)can be painful and irritating to both patient and doctor!if u are positive it's your cyst causing the pain you should contact your ors . If u are not sure and the pain is worsening go to the emergency room!

Cyst after TKR: Depends where the cyst is . Is the skin getting thin around it? Depending on how long ago the procedure was you should get it checked out. Things like infection in particular need to be ruled out.
