ever since i had c-section 18 months ago i have constipation . i was fine before surgery. it's getting worse latly and i do drink lots and exercise?

Exercise: This happened to me as well. Likely the fact that you are exercising a lot has meant that you need to consume more water and fiber. Drink to keep your urine clear, if possible, and use miralax, (polyethylene glycol) or generic equivalent, to help with constipation. There are changes that occur in the body following pregnancy, but increased exercise means need for increase water consumption.
