Yes : Anyone having sex without condoms for birth control is at risk of getting pregnant. During your menstrual cycle this is a lest likely time but certainly still possible. If you don't want to be pregnant use condoms for birth control. If sex was within 72 hours use plan b.

Yes: No day is a truly 'safe' day in one's cycle, but there are days that are more likely for pregnancy than others (namely, days 10-14). You'll have to wait about 14-16 days following unprotected sex to take a pregnancy test, but you can do that, assuming no unprotected sex in meantime. It's unlikely to get pregnant at end of period, but not impossible.
