Lots of choices: You need full medical and dental evaluations to be able to do a differential diagnosis. Please schedule appt saw both your physician ; dentist. It's been a year. Problem is not self correcting. Please have your chronic problems (may or may not be associated) diagnosed and treated. You need help from professionals...Go get it.
