Talk to your parents: About getting evaluated. It doesn't need to be done at a hospital.I would not try to get it assessed when in the midst of taking care of another ailment that may take higher priority. For example - if you are having severe chest pain - don't expect others to focus on attention issues.

Typically (in the usa) the mental health care is not organized as part of typical medical care services.
