Dandruff: Well, you may want to be examined by doctor first as certain diseases like psoriasis can resemble dandruff but are treated differently. If it is dandruff, i suggest trying coal tar shampoo or selenium sulfite one (over-the-counter formulation). Also, Nizoral (ketoconazole) shampoo may be a good option. Try one of those or all three of them if one or two are not working well.
