Not to worry: I would not worry about it as long as you are not lightheaded or dizzy. Blood pressure can fluctuate greatly, even during short periods of time. Also, it depends upon whether the pressures are both taken in the same position, whether your cuff is accurate, whether you are dehydrated. As long as you are not symptomatic and as long as the blood pressures are in the normal range, yours r, then fine.
