Get it removed: Once infection is under control get it removed , most likely you have incision and drainage (i;d) due to infection not complete removal. Speak to your surgeon , once completely removed will not come back. Check your blood sugar.

Completely: Make sure the surgeon does not only open or lance the cyst. You need the lining of the cyst removed too.

Recurrent cyst: Recurrent sebaceous cysts are usually due to the fact that some of the wall or lining of the cyst is still present in the tissues and this is more common in infected or ruptured cysts than ones that are not. My concern for you is the fact that you report growing three different bacteria in it - best to get worked up fully ; get culture specific antibiotics and then have surgery by plastic surgeon.
