Multiple causes: Can be, as stated in other answers, TMJ or anxiety. But any time you have chest pain and jaw pain you should have cardiac exam. Can also be from sinuses, malocclusion clenching/grinding, posture, etc. In other words, you need to see both physician and dentist to diagnose cause and prescribe treatment.

Hard to say: Hard to say. With chest and jaw pain, I would see your MD or ER ASAP to rule out cardiac problems. If negative, see an oral surgeon to determine the cause of the jaw pain.
