Naprosyn (naproxen) side effect: Taking two naprosyn (naproxen) (n) tablets in a week probably will not do any significant damage to either your liver or kidneys. If you use n frequently, you may indeed have some liver or kidney problems. You should discuss alternate drugs for pain control other than drugs in the n class.
