Maybe: Women with pcos have irregular cycles because their estrogen/progesterone ratios are often out of balance. Often women are put on combined estrogen/progesterone to help regulate cycles. If normal bmi, then talk to doctor about your cycle. If your bmi is > 25, then consider active management of weight loss and increased exercise. Pcos affects Insulin and hormones, exercise definitely helps both.
