Adhesions: This is one of the most common things i see in this age group regarding male genitals. The penis in these fat little toddlers gets sucked down in and plays 'turtle'. If you don't pay attention and clean it properly, the skin on the shaft of the penis can trap the glans in it, and it gets red, swollen, irritated. Have doc show you how to expose the glans and properly clean to prevent adhesions.
