My wife had massage session, just realised that she was lying face(tummy) down on heated massage (0.5 hour, low heat). it was around her ovulation day. would this affected our conception chance?

Might improve it: I can't imagine anyway this would negatively affect the chance of conception. It might minimally improve it- there is evidence that acupuncture may improve the chances of conception and a good massage might have similar benefits in helping her body be more relaxed with reduced areas of tension and less energetic blocks that might interfere with conception.
