Yes but...: It's challenging to get an accurate as assessment of thyroid function during and right after pregnancy since it can change a bit. However, that TSH level is in the normal range of roughly 0.4 to 4.0 on most lab normals. A free T4 level would be helpful to assess as well. Talk to your OB or pcp for more specific guidance.
