Maybe: I had those types of pains in my pregnancy as well. The hard part is discriminating between normal pressure pain from pregnancy and preterm labor. This can't be done over internet, so if any concern for preterm labor, best to be evaluated by triage at hospital or by your physician in clinic. If you've had previous uterine surgery (cesarean), then this could be cause as well. Again see a doctor.
