Don't think so...: Haven't heard of a "menthol sensation all over" as an allergy symptom (presuming the sensation is a coolness on the surface of one's skin). A primary care doctor can evaluate, and look at all medications, creams, and supplements being used by the patient. A dermatologist, an endocrinologist (if a hormonal cause is suspected), or a neurologist (if a neurological cause is suspected) may be of help.
