Ocular migraines for years, 1-2 times per year. now they happen 4 times a month or more. neuro didn't do any tests yet told me not to worry. should i?

Increasing: Frequency of migraines would deserve further study. Consider getting an eyemd eval with a neurologic formal visual field study. If abnormal, this would prompt neuroimaging. Also at this frequency, you should consider preventative migraine medicine.
