Can you be dx'd w/fibromyalgia w/out any tenderness anywhere? symptoms are primarily fluctuating stiff/tight muscles that sometimes burn with fatigue.

Look for other cause: The absence of trigger point tenderness imo eliminates fibromyalgia. There are other disorders that can cause chronic pain and fatigue.
