POTS: You have to make sure it is sinus tachycardia. If so it is an exaggerated response that happens during pregnancy in subjects with pots . You need a holter monitor to confirm your rhythm. In addition you have to drink plenty of fluids and liberal intake of salt (if not hypertensive). Consult your md.
