Usually without sx: Mr does not usually cause symptoms, especially when not severe. Severe mr can cause symptoms of heart failure e.g. Shortness of breath. Mvp if associated with mr can show similar symptoms. Progression of either one is somewhat depends on severity. In general, blood pressure control and regular follow up with a cardiologist would be recommended.
