Sex: Take a break. After an hour you are probably exhausted and probably will not ejaculate. Make sure you are focused on the matter at hand and not daydreaming about other things/problems in your life. Also, if your partner is not someone you find attractive or interesting you might just be drifting off and thinking of other things. Try again soon and concentrate on what brings you pleasure.

First please have a complete physical exam with a Urologist to know if you have a physical problem. If not please see a clinical psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help with emotional issues since emotions can affect sexual performance.

At your age this isn't likely to be a physical problem but would be caused by anxiety or stress. I recommend being seen a a men's sexual health clinic for counseling and stress management coaching.
