Worry: The first line meds for anxiety are non addictive (ssri), and psychotherapy also helps. Rebound anxiety and rebound nightmares are (guess what) also collateral effects typical of Clonazepam and other benzodiazepines. Ask your dr, don t start or stop any meds without consulting. See your psychiatrist. Best of the best.
