Stomachs are designed to expand when you eat so if yours is close to the abdominal wall you will notice it more than if your abdominal musculature is well toned. Watch people going in to ; out of a restaurant--most have bigger bellies on leaving than when they entered. See doc if concerned.

Food allergy: Sometimes people may have" food allergies". Celiac or gluten intolerance. If you notice bloating afterward. They're tests that your doctor can perform. Do you get diarrhea too? Some people test negative but improve when gluten free. See your doctor. Hope this helps.
