Meds?: There are plenty of meds but I assume you'd like to avoid them because of the pregnancy? Eat small but frequent meals. Food buffers acid. Try not to eat within 4 hours of lying down. Elevate the head of your bed with a small block or brick (not with pillows that make you bend in the middle). Gaviscon and Zantac (ranitidine) are Safety Class B ("probably safe") for pregnancy if you need them.
