What is this hard ball like blister about the size of a peanut inside my lip? it's sore and been there for a couple days as if it's getting bigger.

See an oral surgeon: You need to see an oral surgeon or dentist. A lesion of that size needs to be looked at. If you initially traumatized it there may be damaged vessels or other tissue that need attention. Any swelling that persists for more than 2 weeks needs to be examined and cancer needs to be ruled out.

Trauma : If it is on the lower lip, it's may be due to trauma (lip biting during sleeping hours) or blocked secretion glands. Please see your dentist or an oral surgeon for further examinations.
