I have received a desent sized bruise on the inside of my lip, it almost looks like a blood blister, it doesn't hurt unless i toch it the it is sore?

Probably a bruise: Your instincts are probably right. A blood blister usually comes about as a result of trauma. If it is the lone blister in your mouth, probably nothing, if more come about it could be of viral origin. Good luck!
