If u are breast feed: Feeding should not be taking any estrogen, if u were my pt, i would give u something else or u have to throw away breast milk and not breast feed while u are taking the estrogen and if u are having bleeding must make sure u have no retained poc if the d;c was for a non viable pregnancy.
