Depends: The concern is if you have any other difficulties with balance, coordination, or strength. This would be a good question to ask your neurologist or neurosurgeon. Of course, "is it safe?" is relative - there are risks to skydiving, regardless of whether or not you have a va shunt.

Shunt: I am not sure anyone knows the answer to this question. My advice would be not to do it though there is no strong data in the literature that argues either way.
