Can you take lexapro (escitalopram) and pamprin together?

Some pamprins: Pamprin max and pamperin all day both have drug interactions with lexapro (escitalopram). Pamprin cramp is fine. Pampering max contains Aspirin which causes an increase risk of bleeding when taken with lexapro (escitalopram). Pampering all day contains Naproxen which can cause a loss of sodium in the blood when taken with lexapro (escitalopram). It also causes increased risk of bleeding when taken with lexapro (escitalopram). So, if you're going to take a pamperin compound with Lexapro (escitalopram) it needs to be pamprin cramp.

Pamprin/Lexapro: If Pamprin is taken as needed, should be ok. Main adverse effect would be increasing stomach acid leading to indigestion or nausea.
