Lose weight: Most people with sleep apnea are overweight, though not all are. If you are overweight, losing the excess pounds can cure sleep apnea. If you are not overweight, sometimes there is a structural problem that causes sleep apnea that can be corrected surgically. As long as you have sleep apnea, you should use cpap. It will decrease your blood pressure and has many other benefits.

No cure: There is no cure for sleep apnea. There are certainly things such as weight loss etc that can help but sleep related breathing disorders are progressive; they only worsen over time.
