Sour throat: Hello, as i see your medical history, you have serious gi/gerd disease. The sour throat is most probably related to you disorder. If you are having symptoms of gerd even though you are taking 20 mg of omeprazole, you need to see your doctor for medical re-evaluation. A change in meds, a low acid diet and GI referral may be in order.
