Impossible to say: Your question is complex. If 2 surgeries have failed, severe, diffuse, complex disease is implied. Depending on her symptoms, medication can be tried. If she has gangrene and is not felt to be a candidate for further palliative surgery, the only other option is amputation. Sorry - good luck.
