Comments: Unfortunately, it has been 5 years with permanent changes due to you injury, and unlikely to acquire any progressive healing at this point. Surgery would only be an option, if it could be conclusively demonstrated that a bony fragment is compressing a nerve, and even a decompression could be rather disappointing. Sorry, but there may be very little potential of reversal at this point.
