Is it normal to have to wait over a month for a cystoscope after presenting with thickening of the bladder, abdominal and back pain and blood in urine?

Quality: Quality of care depends on many factors. Most likely you urologist did not feel that there is urgency. With incoming changes in insurance market due to healthcare change wait time will become longer. Acces to specialists will be limited. I hope you will get better.
