No: No, not directly. Whatever is causing the back pain, may be causing issues elsewhere in the spine or nervous system, which may then result in symptoms in the arms.

Not typically: The wiring of the body makes it such that hand tingling is not usually related to lower back pain. It can be related to neck pain but not lower back pain. Please consult your md for a full exam.
