Limit consumption: As food, palm oil is used for frying. Along with coconut oil, palm oil is one of the few highly saturated vegetable fats; while it does not contain cholesterol, saturated fat intake increases a person's ldl[bad cholesterol] and hdl[good] cholesterol. This may increase your risk for heart disease with prolong use.
