Chest pain & dyspnea: My first response is to get you to the nearest urgent care center. The combination of severe head pain, difficulty breathing and chest pain makes me want to call 911 for you. But, as a physician if the acuteness of this question has passed and we wanted to explore the history a bit to investigate the cause there are a number of questions and tests that should be run. But, today go to the er.
