Nothing: If there are no other worrisome features of the complete blood count, i'd ignore this. These are subjective assessments by a technician or the result of a computer image-analysis algorithm. If you look around, you can decide on most smears that at least a few cells are "more oval than circular", perhaps even from making the smear itself.
