A member asked:

Are there any exercises that can help ptosis ?

None: Eyelid ptosis is a droop of the upper lid due to muscle weakness or malposition. Surgery is the only permanent corrective. There is a temporary appliance hooked onto glasses called a ptosis crutch which can lift the lid but this is uncomfortable and not a long term solution. No exercises will help.

No: Assuming that you're referring to ptosis of the breast, unfortunately there's nothing that can be done to help the ptosis in terms of exercise. The problem is a soft tissue looseness and the main three ways to help correct it would be a using an implant , doing breast lift or a combination of both.
