Can you help a congenital eye ptosis with exercise?

Congenital ptosis: Ptosis, or droopy eyelid, can occur when someone is born (congenital), with trauma, or when someone gets older. Often, congenital ptosis is associated with reduced eyelid muscle function. This typically will not improve with exercise, and sometimes needs to be corrected with surgery if the eyelid is blocking the vision in that eye.

No: Ptosis cannot be improved with exercise. There are some drops that may improve the droopy lid on a temporary basis.
