26y.o. belly button seems to be changing. not sure if this is normal or something is wrong. seems to be changing from "inny" to "outtie" belly button?

Sounds like: You have developed an umbilical hernia. Sometimes this can be caused by ascites, an abnormal fluid collection in the abdomen. Best to show it to a surgeon, so you can get recommendation on how to treat this. Most of the time, it is just a cosmetic problem.
