Stomach flu: Yes, it's possible, the question is - is she getting better overall or not. She should be by now. Also, was the vomit simply digested food - or different? Is she able to hold down food and water normally otherwise? If yes to both then is probably ok.

FLU / VOMITING: Stomach flu mostly start with vomiting and ends with diarrhea. Associated symptoms: low grade fever, cold, cough. Make sure she drinks enough fluid, pedialyte for vomiting or diarrhea. Diet: bananna, rice, applesauce, chicken/soup, crackers, yogurt. Reduce milk/formula for few days, continue if nursing. Vomiting now can be from nasal congestion, if so, give Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 3 ml x2/d for 1-2 days.
