It depends on a lot: It depends on your diagnosis, the type of chemo drugs used and the amount of radiotherapy given.If you are doing well 23 years since this happened, now is hardly the time to worry about it unless you have any new symptoms. Most side effects would have manifested by now. But if you have new symptoms, go see your oncologist for check up.

Many side effects: Your treatment regimen and at what age you were treated really determines what long term side effects you are at risk for. There are many serious possible side effects of cancer treatment that can take >20 years to develop (premature heart failure for example). It would be wise to see someone specially trained about these late side effects. Much can be done to help.
