How do u know if im a week pregnant or not ? i don't have periods because im not in depo-provera at the moment im 12 days late for the shot ?

A woman doesn't know: Women don't know if or when they are 1 week pregnant. If one is asking about being "1 week after conception", that is too soon to check a urine pregnancy test. The test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex; but if pregnant, may be positive by 2 weeks after sex. (if counting the "official" way, then 1 week pregnant is really 1 week after the start of the last period, which is before ovulation).
