Maybe ok either way: Once on a maintenance schedule of this supplement, daily probiotics just keeps the flora intact ; well populated in your gut. While it may make a little more sense to go the bid (one twice a day) route, it is also the less convenient ; increases the chance you'll miss a dose. You choose--no entirely wrong answer here.
