Hello, if i put my slightly bearded chin on the back of my hand above my wrist, a number of bumps come up, a few minutes later. is this normal?

Dermatographism?: You may have an overactive skin called dermatographism. See if your skin welts up when you gently scratch it. It is not anything close to being a serious illness and may be associate with dry skin as well even though the cause is often unknown.
