Can a person contract hsv 1 if sharing an alcoholic drink but uninfected person used a straw and the infected person drank from cup directly?

No: Lips would have to drink from the same rim of the glass for infection to occur.

No.: Hsv1 (herpes simplex virus type 1)(cold sore virus) and hsv2 (herpes simplex virus type 2)(genital herpes) are both spread by direct skin contact. You cannot get cold sores from sharing the same cup and you cannot get genital herpes from seating on a toilet seat.
